I created a ticket, when can I expect an answer?

Tickets are responded to Monday through Friday. Tickets received after working hours on Friday will be responded to on Monday morning.

What personal information are you tracking?

Privacy is important to you and to us. When you submit a ticket through our helpdesk, we just keep your name, email address, and question you asked in our database. Nothing more unless you share it yourself during an interaction with us.

Can I use email to reply to a ticket?

Yes, our helpdesk is able to receive answers to your tickets via email. Whether you are using Outlook, Gmail or any other email client, our helpdesk will be able to handle it.

I didn't find my answer in the knowledge base, what should I do?

We are always adding new items to our knowledge base.  If you cannot find what you need then please use the option in this support area where you can create a new ticket.You will get a response to your question(s) from one of our success coaches as soon as possible and then we will add your quest...

Can I register for an online course that has “CO” as a section?

AU Online students are not permitted to register for “CO” sections. Only sections with “AO” are allowed.

The course/section I want is full. What should I do next?

If there are open spots on the waitlist please do add your name. We work with the Academic Departments to open up additional sections as needed. What is the preferred browser to use for D2L?

It is highly recommended that Chrome is used with D2L. Please refrain from using Microsoft Edge or Safari.

I am having difficulty communicating with my instructor. What should I do?

Please submit a ticket and provide as much information as possible. Include the course, the section and any additional information you believe would be helpful. AU Online will provide assistance with this matter.

When will I be inactivated as a student?

If a student does not register for three consecutive terms, the Registrar will classify them as inactive. This will prevent students from registering. If this happens, students must reapply for admission to Augusta University through the standard admissions process.
