What should I do if I have a dispute with my faculty member over my grade?

If a student has a dispute over their grade(s), they should first try to resolve it by discussing it with the faculty member or administrator involved. If the student is still not satisfied, they can follow the university’s grievance policy which can be found in the AU Online Student Handbook. In the Grievance Policy section there is a list of steps that can be taken along with who students can contact as a part of this process.
