What is the Graduation Application Process?
ISM, MAISS - Technical, MED and MPA students who plans to graduate in one of the below semesters, will need to submit the graduation application by the corresponding date:
- Spring 2025 – October 9th, 2024
- Summer 2025 – February 28th, 2025
- Fall 2025 – February 28th, 2025
Here is a link to the graduation application form. When completing the form students should to the following:
- ONLY complete part 1 of the form.
- Submit a helpdesk ticket and attach the document showing Part 1 completed. When submitting the ticket please choose “Graduation Application” in the pull-down menu that asks the question, “Please select the category that we can help you with:”
- A Success Coach will complete part 2 and part 3.
- The Success Coach will send the student a DocuSign request to their Augusta email to be signed digitally and close the helpdesk ticket.
- Once the form has been completed, the student should email it to gradapp@augusta.edu. This is a service provided by the Registrar's Office to manage graduation. GradApp will process the form and notify the student if the application is approved and complete as well as any next steps. Students can reach out to GradApp through the email noted above with any further questions as well as to inquire about the status of their application.
